British photographer and director Jesse Crankson presents a series of intensely rendered portraits for AW 2024 revealing the season’s structures, materiality and visual language. Casting by Najia Saad.

Utilising a selection of concept pieces with signature house treatments created specifically for the campaign, these shielding tools play parallel roles, obscuring the wearer whilst revealing their own complex composition. Employing an open and direct approach to craft, inherent traits of a textile are exposed, challenging the viewer to engage with both the process of construction and the value of materiality.
